Title: Administration & Operations Intern              

Reports to Administration & Operations Associate 

General Description: LCV is seeking an Administration & Operations Intern to assist the Administration & Operations Associate in supporting the Office of the President, General Counsel and Director of Human Resources and Administration to help them achieve department and organization goals. The intern assists with the daily operational/administrative duties of the organization and supports the Legal department with regulatory filings, contract compliance and internal regulatory compliance.   

Specific Responsibilities (Essential Duties): 

    • Works with the Administration & Operations Associate in the Office of the President, including providing research and support for department meetings, board and committee meetings and external commitments.
    • Assists in providing general executive assistance including managing the schedule, correspondence, and special projects of the President.
    • Supports legal team to ensure compliance with business licenses and corporate and fundraising registrations on a state-by-state basis.
    • Assists with the preparation and execution of board and board committee meetings, as well as the drafting and finalizing of related minutes.
    • Assist in providing general office support to LCV
    • Assist Admin & Operations Associate with general office management
    • Assist HR Director with special projects such as time and attendance system, personnel policy manual, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.
