District of Columbia

LCV works to turn environmental values into national, state and local priorities. LCV, in collaboration with our state LCV partners, advocates for sound environmental laws and policies, holds elected officials accountable for their votes and actions, and elects pro-environment candidates who will champion our priority issues. LCV is seeking an Online Campaigner to assist with the organization’s online program, with a focus on building, engaging, and fundraising from LCV’s online activist network. This position will work with the Membership and Online Engagement Department to mobilize LCV’s supporters to win key electoral races, grow a grassroots base of activists from the environmental and Latino communities, and engage members on local and national campaigns to effect change on critical environmental issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative writer and organizer to be a part of an innovative team that runs aggressive online campaigns to promote environmental policies and candidates.
