State Capacity Building

To find out more about the State LCV's in your area, visit the State Capacity Building website at www.fscvl.org. The SCB Division of LCV is an infrastructure of mobilized State LCVs primed to protect the environment across the country by focusing on state and local environmental issues.

Over the last six years we have worked to foster the growth of existing leagues and establish new leagues in states where none currently exist.
