As the House Energy and Commerce Committee prepares the new clean energy jobs bill, several key committee members hold the power to significantly shape the future of America’s economy, the security of our energy supply, and the health of our environment.

We created the following websites to focus attention on the choice that these representatives will make in the coming weeks: move America forward or hold America back.

Rep. Jim Matheson (D-UT): http://mathesonenergywatch.com

Rep. Zack Space (D-OH):  http://spaceenergywatch.com

Rep. Mike Doyle (D-PA): http://doyleenergywatch.com

Rep. Mary Bono Mack (R-CA): http://bonomackenergywatch.com

Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI): http://uptonenergywatch.com

Rep. Baron Hill (D-IN): http://hillenergywatch.com

President Obama is working to rebuild America’s economy with clean, renewable energy.  His stimulus bill and his budget were the first two steps toward a new energy future and ensuring that the Energy and Commerce Committee sends a strong, clean energy bill to the House floor is the critical next step.

In the interim, we hope that reporters and citizens from these districts keep an eye on these websites to remind these key members of Congress how important it is to bring new jobs and new clean energy to America.
