TRENTON -- State Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Bradley Campbell endorsed U.S. Sen. Bob Torricelli at a political rally yesterday, calling Republicans in Washington "corrupt" on the environment and Torricelli the "righteous" choice for the U.S. Senate over GOP candidate Doug Forrester. The Sierra Club, the New Jersey Environmental Federation and the League of Conservation Voters endorsed Torricelli at the rally and joined former Democratic Gov. Jim Florio in praising Torricelli's environmental record.
