Peter Visclosky (D-IN 1) is the Ranking Democrat on the Energy & Water Development Subcommittee. He received a 70% score for 2003. The most puzzling aspect of his voting record is the pro-environment votes concerning drilling in the Arctic contrasted with his votes against increased fuel economy and energy efficiency.
