2018 Dirty Dozen

In 2018, we took the unprecedented and one-time step of having two federal Dirty Dozen lists — a Senate Dirty Dozen and a House Dirty Dozen — because the 2018 midterm election provided an extraordinary opportunity to defeat anti-environment candidates. Ultimately, 84 percent of the federal candidates named to the Dirty Dozen in 2018 were defeated. Additionally, our state affiliates again named 12 state-level candidates to the Dirty Dozen in the States — defeating 10 out of 12.
