Following President Biden’s announcement of the Build Back Better Act Framework at the end of October, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) updated its top priorities for the Build Back Better Act, highlighting what is included in the Framework.

Once passed, this framework for the Build Back Better Act will be the strongest action the United States has ever taken to combat the climate crisis. We commend President Biden, Speaker Pelosi, Leader Schumer, and environmental champions throughout Congress for this framework that will help put the U.S. on the path to cutting our climate pollution in half by 2030, invest directly in communities of color too often left behind, and create good-paying union jobs.
