Mar 30, 2026

Washington D.C. – The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) Action Fund, which works to elect candidates who will fight to lower energy costs, build a clean energy economy, and strengthen our democracy for all, announced endorsements for U.S. Representatives Brendan Boyle (PA-02) and Rick Larsen (WA-02), U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico (TX), and U.S. House candidates Jonathan Nez (AZ-02), Jake Johnson (MN-01), Analilia Mejia (NJ-11) and Jamie Ager (NC-11).

“As gas and energy costs continue to skyrocket because of Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress, we need to elect leaders who will fight for the clean energy solutions that will bring down utility bills, create jobs and protect our health and environment,” said LCV Action Fund Vice President of Political Affairs Craig Auster. “We are thrilled to support these candidates because we know that they will fight tirelessly to make life more affordable, hold the utilities and fossil fuel companies accountable, and ensure we all have clean air to breathe and water to drink.”

About LCV Action Fund

The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) Action Fund, the connected federal political action committee (PAC) of the League of Conservation Voters, works to elect leaders who stand up for a clean, healthy environment and to defeat anti-environment candidates who oppose climate action. Since the 1990 election cycle, LCVAF has helped elect and re-elect 101 U.S. Senators and 513 members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Over the last several years, our efforts have also helped elevate climate change and clean energy as critical issues in key elections.
