Washington, D.C.– The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) congratulates Representatives Jonathan Jackson (IL-01), Delia Ramirez (IL-03), Chuy Garcia (IL-04), Sean Casten (IL-06), Raja Krishnamoorthi (IL-08), Brad Schneider (IL-10), Bill Foster (IL-11), Nikki Budzinski (IL-13), Lauren Underwood (IL-14) and Eric Sorenson (IL-17) on their wins in Illinois. We look forward to working together in the 119th Congress and beyond to continue making progress on addressing the climate crisis and protecting our democracy.

“Voters across Illinois turned out to reelect climate champions who have been instrumental in leading the transition to a clean energy future for our communities, especially communities who have been historically excluded,” said LCV President Gene Karpinski. “LCV looks forward to continuing to work with this group of dedicated climate advocates to address the climate crisis and advance environmental justice in Illinois and across the country.”
