Washington, D.C. — The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) congratulates Senator Chris Coons and Representative Sarah McBride (DE-AL) on their wins in Delaware.
“LCV is thrilled to congratulate Senator Chris Coons and Representative Sarah McBride on their re-election wins in Delaware,” said LCV President Pete Maysmith. “During their time in Congress, Senator Coons and Representative McBride have proven their commitment to pushing back against Trump’s attacks on our democracy, climate and communities. We are excited to continue working together to fight back against these attacks and protect our communities and climate.”
Environmental donors contributed $60,000 to Delaware candidates via GiveGreen. GiveGreen — a partnership between LCV Victory Fund and NRDC Action Votes that helps grassroots donors directly contribute to pro-environment candidates — raised $28.8 million for the 2026 cycle.
These are just some of the climate champions who won up and down the ballot in Delaware, reaffirming that addressing the climate crisis and affordable clean energy solutions are winning issues for voters.
