Ahead of votes on S J Res 8/H J Res 30, the Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution attempting to overturn the Department of Labor’s Prudence and Loyalty in Selecting Plan Investments and Exercising Shareholder Rights rule, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) and Environmental Defense Fund led the following coalition letters to the full Senate and House of Representatives. LCV will strongly consider including votes on this CRA in the 2023 National Environmental Scorecard.
