Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, Kenneth was able to install solar panels for his home and is saving money on his energy bills. On sunny days, Kenneth’s solar panels are producing more electricity than his home uses, and he uses the excess electricity to power ultraviolet lights in his garden for plants that need extra light to grow. 

Kenneth has received $3,000 in IRA tax credits for making his home more environmentally friendly and, on top of that, is saving money each month on his energy bills, which have been as low as $50/month this summer.
