Washington, D.C. — In response to the news that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) issued the following statement from President Gene Karpinski:

“Rest in power, Justice Ginsburg. A true hero. Our communities are safer, healthier and more free because of RBG. Congress must respect her dying wishes.”
