The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) just sent the following environmental group coalition letter to the full House of Representatives urging members to support H.R. 3005, which would remove all statues of individuals that celebrate the Confederacy, slavery, racism, and white supremacy from the U.S. Capitol. LCV will strongly consider scoring this vote in the 2021 National Environmental Scorecard.

In addition to LCV, the groups who signed on are: Defenders of Wildlife, Earthjustice, Endangered Species Coalition, Natural Resources Defense Council, Sierra Club, The Climate Reality Project, The Natural History Museum, The Wilderness Society.
