Today, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) sent the following letter to the full U.S. Senate urging Senators to oppose anti-environment Motions to Instruct on USICA/America COMPETES Act (H.R. 4521) that would expand dirty oil and gas production or otherwise undermine our ability to to tackle climate change at home or abroad.
