Ahead of a vote on the House Rules Package for the 118th Congress, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) and other leading environmental groups sent the following letter to the full House of Representatives. LCV will strongly consider including votes on the Rules Package in the 2023 National Environmental Scorecard.
