Representative Tom Marino (R-PA) sponsored H.R. 3438, the Require Evaluation before Implementing Executive Wishlists (REVIEW) Act of 2016, which would delay all major regulations from taking effect until all litigation is resolved. This radical attack on federal safeguards would allow frivolous litigation to halt the implementation of critical safeguards for clean air, clean water, public health, and more. On September 21, the House approved H.R. 3438 by a vote of 244-180 (House roll call vote 535). NO IS THE PRO-ENVIRONMENT VOTE. The Senate took no action on this legislation.
