Representative Adams was absent for roll call votes 165, 167, 169, and 171 to attend to the district in the aftermath of a mass shooting there.
Representative Adams issued a statement explaining her absence from roll call vote 69, which she missed due to a family emergency.
Representative Adams entered statements into the Congressional Record noting how she would have voted on roll call votes 175, 181 and 184, which would have been scored as pro-environment. She was absent for these votes due to a tragic school shooting event in her district.
Representative Adams was sworn in on November 12 following the resignation of Representative Watt on January 6.
