Second Supplemental Appropriations bill (HR 8190). The bill contained funds to terminate the SST. The vote is on Rep. Boland’s amendment providing that the money be used instead to continue building the SST. The Nixon Administration supported the amendment. (Adopted 201-195. May 12, 1971. “No” is the correct vote.)
